“I and my partner rented a house in the centre of Nottingham for four years managed by CDF, and they have been consistently brilliant with us from the moment we enquired about a viewing to the moment we handed the keys back (and beyond!). They have been professional and responsive, while also really personable and pleasant to deal with. The property itself was a lovely little house just perfect for our needs, much better than we expected we would be able to find, and on the few occasions when we had repair issues or anything like that CDF would get them dealt with quickly and without fuss. I’d recommend CDF to my friends as the first choice when renting in Nottingham and would be very happy to rent from them in the future.”

“Been with CDF Estates for a few years now and the team are lovely people to deal with, in particular Bradley, Elaine, and Helena. They conduct themselves in a professional manner and are very knowledgeable, but also genuinely pleasant and friendly people that always try to help. I’m in my second property with them now with full confidence in the team. I can definitely recommend them from a tenant perspective. Thanks!”
