There is only so much advice that can be given over the phone so when it comes to letting your property we always look to start with a visit to inspect the property and provide you with a free rental valuation.
Regardless of which service you select, no fees are ever asked for upfront, so you can be certain that until there is a tenant in place, paying their rent, we won’t make any money on the property until you do.
We take great care and attention to marketing all of our properties so not only can you expect to see your property advertised through the major property portals, our staff will actively promote your property throughout all of our branches for maximum exposure.
Additionally, one of our biggest strengths is that we are in fact one of the very few who charge no fees to those looking to rent so we never fail to attract high volumes of people to us in search for their property.
As a landlord ourselves we know that the goal isn’t simply to find someone as fast as possible so we take measured steps to find someone who will be right for the property. To achieve this you can be assured that full references will always be sought and credit checks carried out.
While most of our services can be classified into either Full Management or Letting only we are always happy to keep our agreements flexible so whenever there is something that you can do or have already done yourself, like for example the Gas Safety Certificate, then we’ll simply remove it from our charges.
If you already have some experience of letting your property and are simply looking for us to find you a new tenant then this is probably the service for you.
For the Letting Only Service we charge 50% of the 1st months’ rent.
While we act as the tenants’ first point-of-contact at the start of all of our tenancies only our Full Management service sees us continue this role past the check-in and act in your interest for the lifetime of the tenancy.
For the Full Management Service we charge 8% of each months’ rent
